Very nice model, adding it to a collection of 50s model cars

Was it to Happy it not having a engine but I built it anyway and it was exciting for what it was.

Since I have a modest size promo collection, I chose to build this model as close to a promo as possible. I remember building models like this when I was a kid in the late 50’s, and it really is just a promo in kit form, as another reviewer has mentioned. For this reason, I wasn’t concerned about the lack of detail that current kits offer. To find an actual promo of this car, in the condition of this model, would easily cost several times more than what I have in it.

Great kit. I always enjoy the option of multiple versions. Have not built kit yet. I have around 50 kits. Take about 3 months to do 1 kit.

Great detail

I regret not reading the initial commenter about this model, I was too caught up in the vehicle. As was stated before, its a PROMOTIONAL model, NO engine consequentially no opening hood. While it advertises goodies like customizing or RACING (who raced an Imperial Crown?) it sadly lacked the details I remember from a previous model from the 60's. This is going to be a modeling challenge since I plan to open the hood and have a functional engine compartment. Not the seller's fault, buyers need to ask questions.

Not so challenging, in fact it appears that it will be boring way too simple.

数少ないクライスラー　インペリアルのプラモデルです。本当は1961年型が欲しいところですが1959年型でも大変満足です。リアテールフィンの大型化可能な点。コンチネンタル・タイヤ（continental tire）を模した膨らみが再現できるトランク。是非　一度アメリカンクラッシックカーを作ってみてはいかがですか？
