Once I replaced the water connect fitting with brass, the unit is fantastic. The flat paddle pressure nozzle delivers a nice cleaning pattern and it is a nice quiet machine - about like a vacuum cleaner.

I like the way it cleans once it is connected right. The first time the water pressure blew the hose off the machine. Had to buy new rubber washers. Works well but leaks from connection sometimes.

If your garden hose keep pop-out of the connector remove the gasket because the gasket is too big and you will have too little threads for connecting.#2 if you loose pressure and your washer feel slipping, hey this have oil inside the pump and need service. From factory they fill poorly in mine was very low in fluid.This electric pump came inside with 30 non detergent. Dont use that use 15w40 to 20w50 that will be perfect. I use 75w90 because Was avaliable in my house from another pump industrial.This waher is runnig good from 2022 up today may 2024

I would love to give 5 stars. Works great but the plastic connection that the Waterhouse adapter connects to seems pretty weak. It’s a matter of time until it breaks.

First washer I've got had thread of the hose adaptor worn out, or may be of the wrong size. Anyway, it pops off from thread every minute or two.I have requested replacement and got it timely. Second one I did not even assemble - the washer was all covered with oil, leaked probably from the motor. The box was soaked with the oil. I did not feel the item is safe, so sent it back. Would avoid this manufacturer for sure.

First off, it is cheap and works for what it's intended purpose is, or what I wanted it for.I own a gas power washer now, and I have had electric power washers in the past. Both have their pros and cons.I specifically bought this product BECAUSE it has a lower pressure spray than my gas-powered beast (about 1600 psi, instead of 2400). The reason I wanted to try out this Sun Joe product is because it is so small and has a lower pressure for blasting my cars' engines and such. THAT IS MY PRIMARY USE FOR THIS PRODUCT, so take that into consideration.(You don't want to use a gas-powered pressure washer on your car's engine compartment. It is too much pressure for sensitive components or labels.)This power-washer does the job for its price. It is so small that it doesn't need wheels to move it around. The thing is tiny! The adjustable nozzle is better than any power-washer I have ever owned, and I love its simplicity. It does not have a system for pumping in auxiliary detergents, but for the price I am okay with that.
