I am typically a large in most items sometimes XL for length. I am 5'10" about 190ish. I ordered this in a XL and it fit but I had to tighten the straps all the way. I also ordered another in white in a Large and it fit perfect. It is really pretty, sexy (but classy) and surprisingly good quality.
