I keep seeing my magnesium levels down on my labs , and I've been getting lots of them. I know we all need salt, magnesium and potassium to make your nerves and muscles work and after being treated for an illness that left me in a weakened state I decided to add these to my daily multi vitamins which I forget to take most of the time but I noticed that when I do take them for a week or so straight I have more energy walking and doing better àt choirs of daily living.
