Great value and performance.
The RockShox Judy Silver TK fork is a great value fork for the budget-conscious. It has replaced the OEM Schwinn fork that came on my 2020 Schwinn Al Comp MTB and the difference was quite noticeable. The first major difference I noticed was the weight. The Judy Silver TK weighed 4.3 lbs. on my scale, whereas the OEM Schwinn one weighed a porky 7.1 lbs.The second major difference was the quality of the damping and rebound. On the Schwinn, it felt like riding on a pogo stick over certain surfaces; on the Judy Silver TK, both the compression and rebound are well under control and smooth. The third major difference is the lock-out option that's present on the Judy Silver but not on the OEM Schwinn fork. By locking out the fork, my pedaling efficiency has increased and hill climbs became easier. For its price point, the Judy Silver TK offers a great balance between price and performance and I'd highly recommend it. 5 stars! 👍

Durable, Looks Great, Functions Fantastically; What I fully expect from RockShox/SRAM
Although marketed as a 'beginner' fork, this is somewhat misleading. It's a great fork for those who recognize that they don't need more expensive or longer longer travel suss forks, or all the latest greatest bells & whistles. Bottom line, the Judy TK is a great bang for your buck.

Brand name quality
Beginners might have some difficulty when installing a new fork, there are specific tools that are needed that wouldn't otherwise be laying around someone's garage, the crown race tools, the star nut setter, and the steerer tube jig (to make sure the steerer tube is cut straight) are some tools that are specific to a fork install and don't have other uses for the average garage. With that said, it's not a difficulty install and the value of this fork is leaps and bounds ahead of most stock forks on lower end bikes. This went on my son's Specialized Hardrock 27.5, which came with a Suntour XC3030 which is not even supposed to be used on "off-road" terrain, so it was a HUGE upgrade. I didn't want to break the bank on upgrading a bike that my son will grow out of, so the value for the quality of this fork is unbeatable!

Compared to the stock suntour xcm. Night and day.
I can take my hands off the bars and pedal at full speed with the seat all the way down and she sails strait as an arrow and if i hit a bump , Judy absorbs it. Bike is extremely well balanced now. I have a s cheap suspension seat post and i ride in the city of LV to get around. . The Judy takes sEverything the vegas crappy roads throw at her. Don't go in dirt too much but when I do she feels like a dirt bike lol. first set of air shocks and I'm glad I got these. Especially for the price. I will say. The shreader valve is hard to get to with most pumps. Went to bike shop and they only had 1 pump that would work and it's one that I don't like cuz it doesn't engage with the valve core until about 2 threads before bottoming out. Would be nice if it wasn't so recessed. Rebound adjustment knobs feels cheap but I don't use it much so not worried

E bike upgrade
Best upgrade I made on my radmission e bike. Bike rides awesome on rough roads. Now a nice sooth comfortable ride. The original rotor was to large, installed a clark 160 mm rotor and the tube had to be cut to size. Other wise, a perfect fit. And there is a label on the suspension saying e bike certified.

Best bang for your buck!!!
I know this isn't the greatest out there but compared to spring shock... omg. I have a Rockhopper and it came stock with a spring shock on the front. I finally decided to upgrade and the speeds I could achieve the comfortability on the bike and the trust I had in the bike as a whole increased 10 fold. I absolutely love this shock. Low upkeep and it holds it air. Was also super easy to figure out and install. Recommend for anyone getting into mountain biking and looking to start taking it a step further without breaking the bank. Love it love it love it.

Plush and smooth
The fork was a very good upgrade from the stock sun tour forks on my bike, and it was just smooth I could ride over rough rocks and absorbed the shocks that would normally leave me shake. Overall it was an amazing fork and a great budget option.

A valuable upgrade worthy for decent ride
Easily a valuable upgrade for any purchase under $200. Lighter and more responsive than a stock spring fork that was on my bike. The rockshox Judy was selected because of rebuilding kits available and sturdiness of the fork itself. This was not the cheapest fork or lightest out on the market, but definitely not the most expensive either. Take your time to make your installation or pay a shop for installation. Your riding needs will dictate if you need a more expensive fork. This was bought to replace a suntour xcm spring fork.
