I ordered this bracelet for my wife in January, because she's been very happy with the matching necklace and earrings (both of which are still doing well, by the way.) Unfortunately, the string holding this bracelet together snapped yesterday as my wife was trying to put the bracelet on. She immediately cried because her matching set is ruined, and told me to investigate returning it. Fast forward to earlier today, I checked, and we are obviously out of the 60 day return period.It was a great bracelet, beautiful, and matched perfectly with the necklace and earrings we also purchased from this seller. However, the craftsmanship of this bracelet leaves something to be desired, because it last barely 3 months, and now my wife is sad.UPDATE 7/16/19:The seller emailed me about a month ago and apologized for the poor craftsmanship on the bracelet I received, and offered to repair it for free. I sent them the bracelet, they sent it back with a brand new string and a sincere apology. I can't say I was happy with the bracelet breaking in the first place, but the fact that their customer service reached out to me and remedied the problem speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I have update my review to 4 stars from 1 because their customer service came through for my wife. She is now enjoying her good-as-new bracelet once again, thanks to The Pearl Source.

Beautiful black pearls perfect shape, bracelet pristine and fits great, deep dark uniform black that sparkles. Top quality. My girl friends and husband loved them too. Love the pearls, but they dont match the color of her pendent or earrings, bought them from the same seller. Pendent and earrings are a grayer black color, and the bracelet is more of a true black, or dark black. Overall good quality, but wished the colors where a closer match.

Utterly gorgeous pearls - my wife has been excessively tolerant of my day job and side business taking up a lot of my time, so I decided to get her a couple of "pretties."She was, to say the least, flabbergasted when she got these, along with a white pearl necklace - it matches one of her favorite "dress up and go out" outfits, so it was a perfect set.The pearls themselves came in a somewhat disheveled box... which you open up to see a much, MUCH nicer box that the pearls were securely housed in. I - and my wife - were quite impressed.

They are really small pearls and it does not look as fancy as in the pictures. I also think they could place the pearls closer together. The lock is not very fancy and not even sure i had figured out how it works. I will probably keep it as i bought for a gift.i need in a month.

I ordered a black cultured pearl bracelet as a gift for my mother’s birthday. She called to say that the bracelet had arrived exactly on her birthday! The bracelet arrived in a very nice hinged box with a velvet lining. It fits her nicely on her wrist. Since these are the first black pearls my mother has owned, I am considering getting her earrings to match next year ( Cause she hinted about them. I'll take that as she really likes the bracelet).

As a gift for my wife I bought the braclet to match the necklace, ring, and earrings I had bought earlier, only I did not realize the size of the pearls was much smaller (my bad) but the wife loves the smaller size saying the same size would not thave looked as nice as these. I really like this company and plan to buy more from them in the future.

The pearls are absolutely beautiful and the bracelet is nicely designed and constructed. It was given as a gift and my wife loves it. This is the second product I have purchased from The Pearl Source--and I am greatly impressed.
