My Alcatel Go Flip 3 was just like the photos. I purchased this device to downgrade my phone. I honestly am very happy with it. I've had it for over a month now and I can honeslty say I do not miss my iPhone. This phone is fantastic and I totally recommend if you are starting a digital minimalist style.The product does match the discription in every way and the seller was also easy to reach out to before the purchase and was kind enough to respond to all my questions.

Bought one. First one could receive calls but other party could hear me speak. Asked for a replacement. That replacement stopped working in a month. Disappointed with this purchase. Seller was previously responsive had been helpful though.

This was a great buy, brand new no scratches works great no issues after 3 months of use. The best I was able to get activated with my mom same plan with out any problems, I'm so happy I purchased this item.

The phone was packaged correctly. Once I opened the box ... I noticed on the phone was printed AT&T. Unfortunately, the phone was unusable since our carrier is T-Mobile. I didn't have the time to return it, however I would like to.

Brought this phone and sent it to the Jamaica because they say it GSM and it can be use in the Caribbean unfortunately it didn't work in the Caribbean it was a waste of money would have sent it back but it was past the due day to return it. Do not waste your money buying this phone.

This phone is almost as snappy as my old 2G phone which I miss terribly, but there are some srious flaws. One is there is no message indicator light and the preloaded message sounds can barely be heard if you are in the city. Hence I miss a lot of messages. Also they force you to have a YouTube and other apps on your home screen. You can't move them even though the whole reason I still have a flip phone is to put these distractions away. And the price is inexplicably five times the cost of the flip phones I was perfectly happy with just five years ago. This is the best flip phone currently on the market. It is actually usable unlike many of the others, but it is still missing very basic features such as an message indicator light.

I thought the mic didn’t work until I realize the back cover didn’t have a hole for the mic. I pierced hole and now people can hear me clearly.
