Fabulous Cotton Thread/Yarn
This is a great cotton crochet thread/yarn. The color is beautiful, it is soft and the quality is excellent. I used it for weft in my weaving on a rigid heddle loom and the scarf turned out beautiful. It is perfect weft for a warped based weaving.

Bang for the buck
I used this to crochet lace motifs to use as coasters. It would also be suitable for snowflake ornaments. I have used the major brands and store brands available in chain retailers, but to me this brand is preferable to those, primarily because it is softer than others. It seems more dense (but not more thick). While the price is higher, the yardage was nearly double to a store brand I bought recently.

Exactly the thickness I needed.
I am repairing a bed spread & it's the perfect thickness. The thread works well.

Because of the texture of this thread, for my purposes, I can only rate 4 stars.
Good day, Thus is my first time using CURIO #10 "thread". In the middle of a project I needed a dark gray thread. Found what I needed with CIRIO.This is a 'yarnie' type of 'thread '. Some to the touch.I use double Aunt "L" #10 threads in my work; I had to use three of Curio's to equalize weight and texture.Otherwise, great color, will probably buy more,( colors).

As alway great yarn from knitpicks
I’ve been using knit picks for my yarn addiction for a while now I’ve been wanting to try curio for some time now. This is the softest crochet thread I’ve ever used and I love that. I’m using this for a filet crochet doily and it’s great to not be needing to deal with a stiff scratchy thread for once. If you need a firm thread this isn’t the one since it’s Egyptian cotton not mercirized cotton that should be expected. Also the ball looks smaller than expected because the tube it’s wound on is smaller then the craft store brand if you look inside you can see there are a lot more layers of thread then usual, you are getting what is advertised.

great for weaving and as a second yarn for knitting
I used this cotton thread (various colors) to make dish towels on my small 4-heddle table loom. It is smooth and easy to work with, and absorbs well as a fabric. It does shed some in the weaving process, as can be expected, but not nearly as much as a fuzzier yarn would.I've also used it held together with another light yarn to make sweaters and it adds a glittery element even though it's 100% cotton, because it is so shiny. I'll be using again and again!

Smaller than I was expecting
This came smaller than I was expecting from the picture but it's a very soft and strong thread. Great quality overall.
