Smooth function
This is perfect as long as it's installed correctly. We put french doors in for our walk in closet and this is a good secure catch to replace those call catches the doors came with.

Easy to install and use
Works as designed. Was plug in play from the old one that stopped working. Cosmetically is appealing if updating house hardware. The mechanism is a bit “cheap” feeling when moving up and down. Wish it had a bit more weight to it if that makes sense. I would still order again considering what you get for the price.

Couldn’t find ANYWHERE!!
We bought this house that was built in the mid 80’s and finding this sliding lock was tough, waited over 2 years to find it!! I had to modify the door a little, just shaved the wood with knife and chisel to pop in flush. Totally worth the wait and the finish matches the updated hardware
