This is some of the best pain I have ever used. It works so good when I painted my 89 vet plenum and Runner tubes it looks almost like the way it came from the factory even a paint shop looked at it and says that is a nice paint job you did I said it's Eastwood paint it's great paint and a great color. Very high quality you won't regret using it depending on what you use it on and what color to expect I used it on the vet it has kind of a rough beaded finish turned out beautiful

I needed to paint my new cast iron waterpump to keep it from rusting, and looks matter as it's going into a 1939 Street Rod I'm building. It now exactly matches my cast aluminum intake manifold. I've used Eastwood Alumablast for over twenty years and it's been very consistent in terms of quality. A single can seems to go pretty far coverage wise.

I use this to paint and protect any cast aluminum auto part, such as the Water Pump, Thermostat Housing, the Brake Master Cylinder, the Power Steering pump and more. It prevents the new cast aluminum part from discoloring due to oxidation. dirt, grease, etc, and keeps the part looking brand new.It can also be used on cast iron parts, which will definitely turn dark and often get a slight film of rust if left unpainted. This will give the dark cast iron a bright silver aluminum finish that makes the engine look great. If you like a clean engine bay, then I recommend this aluminum paint. Dirt and oils won't stick to the paint like they do on bare metal.
