So thrilled with this table. Love the simple design and the weather-wood detailing. The dark brown color is beautiful, and the rounded corners are a great touch. Super easy to assemble. Just pop the four legs on and you're good to go. The leaf is a bit hard to extend solo, so I suggest always doing this with two people to prevent twisting and damaging the mechanisms (those who have never had an in-table leaf storing table might not be used to this, so very important point). Only constructive criticism I can give this beauty if that I wish it had more weathered detailing. The "gouges" many other reviewers have complained about are indeed part of the design -- mine table personally had 6 of these, and I wish it had more, because that subtle detail gives the table such character. 5/5 stars, highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded. The table is perfect for our needs. We have been hunting high and low for an expandable table that won't break the bank. This one looks like our furniture in our bedroom. The "deep scratches" are part of the design (coming from someone who has pieces from the same line). We ordered the table expecting it early. It got delayed twice. I was worried it wouldn't get here in time for Thanksgiving. Luckily, Amazon customer service was great and got my table delivered the day before! No scratches, the box looked a little beat up, but the table was in perfect condition. The video has 10 in plates for reference for how large the table is. It is sturdy and very heavy. It is going to last a long time. Get helping bringing it in if you have them leave it outside. The table length without the leaf is actually 60.25in not 63 like it says. East to put together. Just unscrew the shipping blocks and put on the legs. Took about 15-20 min from unboxing to standing up.The table is great. Perfect for our needs and our many dinner guests.

This is a solid, well-made table. There is one tiny imperfection or mark along the edge to remind us that nothing is perfect, and to use and love this table well. (Please ignore the blue placemats. They're there temporarily until new matching ones arrive.)

This table is well crafted. Very solid and beautifully finished. Easy assembly. Rare to find this quality at such a reasonable price.

There were four divots in the table, they should have never made it past quality control.

The bad:There are 9 narrow but deep gouges on top of the table. They about 1.75 inches long. The pattern looks like it laid on top of something - they are all evenly spaced out; it's not part of the wood grain/texture. This before the stain and lacquer was applied, so shotty workmanship and lack of quality control. This thing is huge and heavy and too much of a pain to return.. so now I'm stuck with it. Waste of money and an eye sore I have to look at every day. I'll be covering it up with place mats.The good: This table itself is beautiful. The finish, the wood, the heaviness of it. It's solid. I would have expected this level of product to be double or triple, easily, of the price I paid for it (defects aside haha). The concern: This table is extremely heavy. If you assemble it, and find that it has some defects, it's going to be a bad time disassembling it, repacking it, to get a refund. I was able to get a partial refund - which given the trouble and hassle, was a good compromise. Inspect the table top immediately before assembling it. This will save you time and aggravation. The price is really great for the product, if you get defect-free table. That's your gamble to take - but wow.. is it beautiful.
