I use this stuff all the time. It's the best of the 'bargain brand' rattle can bed liners that I've found. I've used it to spray ammo cans, workshop tables, desks, angle iron, and even a plastic project box. It works great in every case as long as you keep the tip clean and shake it well before using it.I have not used it for my truck bed... because I just don't think it would be durable enough. It's great as a toughened textured black spray paint, but I don't think it's robust enough to be a truck bed liner for any serious duty. That said, I don't think any of the rattle can bed liners I've tried live up to that requirement. If you want a truly durable bed liner, have one professionally sprayed. If you want something that will get you by and you're ok re-spraying every few years... this might fit the bill.It works great as a tough black spraypaint for other projects though. I always have some on hand.

This is a great price for the six pack and the product is excellent. The quality of the finish is directly related to how far you hold the can away from what your spraying. The tips clog fast, as soon as it does pull it off drop it in some acetone clean it out with some compressed air and maybe a needle. Repeat as necessary. After the first can I just kept swapping tips. I used this to a paint the bumpers on my car, after I sprayed it and let it sit dry to touch I over Sprayed it with Gloss black enamel rustoleum to even out the color and brighten it a little bit. Dont know how long it will last but it looks good right now.

Whatever you think you’ll need, double it. I used 14 cans of the Pro to do 2 layers on my truck bed (8FT) and I still came up a bit short. Had to order 3 more to finish the job.It’s easy to apply, but be sure to have a spray can of WD-40 to blow out the clogs on the paint nozzle. They clog quick. Probably 3-4 times per can.It dries quick, about 1 hour. You can also start your second coat within minutes but I waited 2 hours until it was less tacky.Definitely use a sander to rough up the existing paint and remove the rust.I spent more time prepping on the tailgate as it gets the most abuse. Even added a third coat.The rest of the bed has fixed equipment on it so hopefully not getting down to bare metal won’t do me wrong.Most important thing is to clean everything well so it’s not adhering to dust particles and whatever else was in your bed.

This worked really well to cover and protect the underside of my mower deck. One can was about perfect for one application. Easy to use and so far looks like it will help prevent rust from forming.

Used this for the step rails my Tundra to black out the chrome. I did three coats each tail, so about three total cans. It dries super fast especially in Texas summer sun, but let it cure for a few days after drying; otherwise it WILL tear. Worked like a charm. Very happy with the outcome.

I own a 2019 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X and I did not need this for the bed itself as it came with a factory spray bedliner. However, the tailgate has a very slippery plastic cover that was not bedlined. I used this product first for that and it is amazing. It gives me the grip I need to hop up into the bed and it has held up nicely under light duty conditions.The second usage I had for this was when I put in upgraded skid plates on my truck. I got the plates as bare metal and used the Pro Grade rattlecan of this bedliner to paint them. It drys fairly quickly, its tough, and it has a very nice matte textured look.I have bought a total of about 12 cans of this and I will continue to go for more when I need touch ups.

Its nowhere near as durable as LineX. Have lineX on for 20 years and zero issues. This has been 3 days since sprayed, waiting another 2 or so before I put anything on it. Its far softer. If I were to do this again I would just get the 2 part Truck bedliner kit as that should be more durable. This is like plastic paint with some texture to it. So far normal car paint feels more durable. It will not be fun if I have to remove all this to apply something durable. A fingernail can scratch it off. Drop a metal object from a few inches and it scratches. The 2 coats is not enough. The 3 - 4 coats I did on the bed floor is thicker and you see the material move upon dropping something, but the 2 coats on side just not a real protective coating. Great experience with Rustoleum pro paints, this one misses the mark for the product category. The 2 part kit is likely far superior. Not until afterwords did I notice they recommend using the 2 part on the bed and this for the sides with all the little indents in the metal. Hindsight, the 2 part kit all over would be the right choice for a bedliner. Looks good for the most part, but very skeptical on durability. Probably will be touching up on occasion until I am frustrated enough to remove with a wire wheel and apply something stronger. I prepared the surface for hours, every inch more than scuffed. If you do not scuff well and clean with Acetone, you can rub it right off the clear coat paint with your finger.
