Very tasty, not too bitter.
Soaked in water for 5 minutes, rinsed, dried and fried. Delicious.

Good ikan bilis
Great find and excited to use for nasi lemak. It's a kick in the teeth paying this as it's so cheap in Malaysia but worth it for the taste. I've found some great red skin peanuts and sambal too!

This product shouldn’t be sold anchovies unedible I bin it asked for refund not allowed. Discontinue this product. Why can’t I refund when I couldn’t eat it????
