We love our Alluravision! I researched for what feels like forever for the right 60 inch electric fireplace. It was actually hard to find in stock anywhere so I was relieved that Amazon had it. And it shipped and arrived right on time, and was well packaged. I didn’t use the big clear crystals because I think they look goofy, but I used most of the small crystals (both clear and the brownish ones) and all the logs. I’m glad went with the deep Alluravision because it just looks nice, I think if it was more shallow it would look super fake. I also love the shape and movement pattern of the fire. It looks great on speed #3 with the red flames on 4 and the blue ones on 2-3. Purple is my favorite color for the base of the fireplace. We never really use the overhead light because it makes it look like a disco ball lol.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product about 2+ months ago from Amazon and installed it less then a month ago.It is beautiful electric LED fireplace and we like the look.. it is slick and contemporary !But to my very unpleasant SURPRISE, it has stopped working and the LED flame is frozen now. Heater is working fine though.It happened a week back. We had turned it on and it was running fine. All of a sudden, it just froze. We tried to turn it off and on a few times, but got the same result. We turned the main power off and tried to start again ( like reboot ), it did work a couple of times, but within a minute or two it froze again.It has been less then a month, we have installed it. We don't even use it on daily basis. And it is not cheap product, we spent close to $2000.May be I got a lemon or defective item. I am positive that company or seller would take care of it soon.But frustrating to go through this.I have contacted Napoleon company, but no response yet. Tried to call them and after holding call for 80 minutes I had to hang up. !!!I have contacted seller and waiting for reply.If it is not resolved soon, I will have to return the item. It is hassle to return as it is nicely installed now. Much more work to take it out and pack it properly etc. Not happy with this experience.. but no choice now.. have to deal with it

So happy with this fireplace for our basement Reno. We recessed the fireplace in the wall. Love the heat it gives off and just adds ambiance to our new basement. Thx for a great product!

We did a lot of research before purchasing this unit for our master bedroom remodel. Cheap fireplaces look cheap, this one is nice. It was easy to install, it looks awesome, and has a lot of adjustments available for the flame size, speed, and color. It runs very quietly, even with the heater fan on. We particularly chose this one because the black trim around the edges of the viewing area is much less prominent than on most other units. We didn't want 6" of matte black metal all around, we wanted a fireplace display. This one has just enough trim to cover the rough opening - a nice sleek and modern appearance.So far, the remote has been the only disappointment, and the only reason we cant give an unqualified 5 star review. This is not an inexpensive appliance. It comes with a very inexpensive remote. It is small and flimsy looking. The buttons are hard to press. The remote arrived with the battery installed upside down, so it didn't work at all. We fixed that, then it worked sometimes, if you were very close to the fireplace. We replaced the battery. Now, sometimes it works OK. About half the time, you have to jiggle the battery compartment to convince it to wake up. It's the only downside to what is otherwise a great unit.

My wife wanted a electric slim fireplace for our new home. I decided to purchased the Napoleon Alluravision based on the receives. After the installation, she turned on the system and it worked perfect. The different settings are easy to navigate and the look is amazing. The only item that needs improvement is the small remote control. I would like to see a larger, slim remote like. Not a deal breaker at all, as everything else works percect. We removed our Original Fireplace and installed the Napoleon 50in Slim and the living room comes to life....

I haven’t installed it yet as I have a 15 inch opening and this 60 inch unit is going to need a 16 inch opening. Much more work to make it fit!
