Thankful for this and the durability of this book.. Needed it for my record keeping at the church and I have no issuers with this.. I highly recommend this product!!

I've used the National Brand Texhide 56211 notebook for a number of years at work, and am about to use them in graduate school. They stand up to a lot of abuse, and hold up very well over time. If you don't give a rat's hiney about notes you are taking, for work, school, whatever, don't bother with this notebook. But if you want notes that can be used as a serious reference later, this is a good candidate. I used to think that notebooks were the affectation of warped high school and college instructors. If you develop a good system, they beat scraps of paper and miscellaneous notes to heck and gone. If nothing else, just tape or glue your scraps -into- the notebook. The paper is excellent quality, and it copies very well. Page numbers in the book are a time save.

Very good books overall. The covers bend slightly, but they'll survive anything but rugged use. The binding is great, better than Boorum & Pease. The paper is excellent for all but fountain pens. It can handle fountain pens, but the writing will be faintly visible on the other side. Sometimes more obvious within the same notebook than at other times—I can't tell whether it's due to variations in the inkflow of my pen or in the paper quality.

I used to use this type of book at work as an engineer. These were our logbook and recorded all our important engineering information. Now that I am retired I need a way to keep information that does not get lost in the computer and is unfindable.

I've used these notebooks for years at my employer, but had to order my own when I changed companies. I love the solid quality of these notebooks. Was a little nervous ordering this online, but the quality was exactly what I've been accustomed to over the years.

These record books are just the right size. I use them for all kinds of things

I needed a general-purpose quality ledger for my wife's business details, and ordered this book based on my experience with other members of this ledger family. This particular 'model' has no marked columns, only a left margin. Otherwise you're on your own to do freeform writing, creating your own columns, or whatever. Well made, with durable binding and quality paper. It's for the stuff you want to keep.
