Waterwood Blue Nickel Plated Turtle Doorbell - Wired & Illuminated Push Button Cast in Durable Polyresin

I was hesitant to order this because it was not prime. I do not usually order things that are not but it looked so darn cute in the picture I couldn't help it. I am so glad that I decided to. It's a really nice size very noticeable and everyone who has come over has raved about how cute it is. Highly recommend this company and it's adorable doorbells!

So far so good! Just installed it. It works, and the button lights up. Some reviews said it wasn't sturdy, but it seems pretty sturdy to me. It's made of resin or something similar, but it's fairly heavy and definitely looks like metal. I didn't have any issues screwing it in, and it doesn't seem flimsy, like it would break. It's perfect for our house, and very cute. I did use a little silver paint to cover the top of the black screw in the head, so it blends in better. It's maybe a bit expensive, but definitely much nicer than a plain rectangular button.

We love ours. The instructions could be a bit more detailed...I had to discover by trial and error how to remove the button for wiring up. The actual lighted button will pop out with some force and then the wires need to be threaded thru the hole in the turtle's back and then you attach wires and then push button back into the turtle.

I like my turtle doorbell. It was easy to install. The button is lighted. It comes with two screws that are similar to sheetrock/drywall screws but with a finer thread. They easily penetrated Hardi Backer exterior planking. Two things I didn't like, but can live with, are; not as much blue coloring as the one advertised. The one I received was more grey and black. The head and legs are as shown in shape and color. There should be a silver headed screw for the head and a dark screw for the body to make it look better after install. Supplied with two dark screws. Esthetically pleasing and I'm sure will make the users smile when they come to my door.

Love this little turtle doorbell..

Very cute. Easy to install, but…. No exterior stainless or brass screws provided. The cute turtle or seahorse or any of their similar products are made of a polymer that cracks easily. The screw holes had to be drilled out (VERY CAREFULLY) as they were clogged with polymer and a piece of the plastic on the back side still broke off. Unfortunately it is made in China as well.

This is absolutely great. I've gotten compliments on it from both men and women. It suits my front yard, matches the decor and was ready to install.

I love it my regular door bell burnt out and I thought how often do you change your door bell not often at all I wanted to get something cool and I got this little guy and I love it the size is Perry it’s built to last definitely worth the few extra bucks
