Not as advertised
Vinyl strips on base are missing!! Without them there isn't a weatherproof seal against floor. They are clearly stated in description. Found out after return date bc door wasn't ready to be installed until this past week.UPDATE: Amazon worked with us and we are returning item for refund. If you order one of these, open promptly to check, i just saw another review that stated the same problem

The product is not what they show. Total bait and switch.
The first advertised picture clearly shows this threshold having weather strips at the front and back of the bottom, which was the primary reasonI purchased this one . However, the item that came does not have those strips. As you can see in the attached pictures. Funny part is that even though it isn't even made to have the bottom weather strips the instructions still show the threshold is supposed to have a notch to hold them. Very dissappointed.
