Unpainted Hood Scoop Fits Dodge Ram 1500 Years 2002-2018 Mr Hood Scoop HS009. (NOT A Hood).

Double the cost of like ones advertised, this is going be out in in grueling extremes, subject to everything nature can throw at it. Do you really want to replace it in a year or so?cheaper scoops turn into "bird baths", they sag in the middle, pulling the sides up and if air gets under it the tape will not hold. You'll see it going over your windshield on the highway.It takes paint well, fits PERFECT on my 2017 Ram 1500. I couldn't decide whether to drill holes for the front flutes as they come equipped, (if cut them off you can't put them back on). I wondered if the front corners would lift up in time so, while my wife was not home I drilled holes in my three year old truck.

Not as I expected . It is a very thin plastic I was expecting something better made from the ad . I am a body shop owner since 1982 and have done plenty of after market parts . I would definitely recommend to anyone who orders this product to have it painted and installed by a expert not DYI friendly. It is nothing like the OEM rumble bee hood scoop in design or quality.

Looks amazing! Alot of people complaining about scratches.... it is an easy fix with next to little work. 1 coat of primer than sand 3 coats of paint with a sanding in between coats and 3 coats of clearcoat. You won't be able to see any scratches at all. Great value for the money! And highly recommend.

Was as advertised. received in a timely manner. The small problem of no instructions was cleared up with one email. Used the tape supplied, it's stayed on even at highway speeds. An extra packet with the pre wipe stuff would have been better, but it all worked out. I installed it on a 3500 Dodge Ram 4X alone but and extra set of hands would have helped. No complaints.

Junk$ I had it painted and professionally installed blew off down the road 2 months later. If you get this you better screw it down and I can tell you its still wont look good.

Excellent fit and finish. Easy to prep and paint. Scoop turned out looking like it was put there by the factory. Awesome look! Well worth the little extra money for a perfect quality piece. You will not be disappointed with your new muscled up look.

It did not fit as described and requires a professional paint job to add filler to seal the gaps between it and the hood, as well as paint it.

Very happy with the scoop. Just didn't understand the two different size 3M double stick tapes ? Used my own to cover the entire scoop.
