This was a Christmas gift for my sister-n-law and seems to really enjoy it. So happy. Can't wait to sample!

There are a lot of recipes in this book as evidenced by it's title. The recipes are easy to prepare. Some of the recipes can be made ahead of time, always welcomed by the busy cook! The pictures are wonderful! the price was very reasonal and shipped very quickly! Every recipe I have made from this book has gotten rave reviews!

I ordered this for my mother that collects cookbooks. I know she'll love it. There are so many recipes that sound good. Delivery was fast. I have ordered many cookbooks from Amazon and have been very happy.

Great ideas...all seem easy to make

This book is NOT the same old appetizers you see in most chain restaurants. The selection of recipes is truly amazing and ranges from the incredibly simple to extremely complex with a perfect balance between the two. Whether you are throwing something together to nibble on in front of the TV or you are planning an elegant party and want to wow your friends, you will find the perfect recipe here!I really loved that each recipe stated in bold print which recipes were vegetarian friendly. With so many people choosing this lifestyle it is helpful to know what to cook when you are feeding a large crowd. Many of the recipes also have a 'useful tips' section if there is an odd ingredient or technique required for the recipe.I also like the layout of this book. Each chapter is listed in the index and on the first page of that chapter you will find a listing of every recipe in the section. There is also an index that you can browse through if you know the exact name of what you are looking for. But the chapter indexes make finding things easier.If I could change one thing about this book, I would add more pictures but I tend to prefer cookbooks that are in color. I like to see what my recipe is supposed to turn out like!Overall, though, I would really recommend this book for any foodie that enjoys creating unique, ethnic and flavorful appetizers!Disclaimer: I received one copy of this book at no charge in exchange for my honest review.
