Product and delivery were fine, exactly as expected, except that I ordered a pair and got separate key numbers.Would be really nice if there were a spot to address this when ordering.

Perfect fit

"The door knob fell apart" was message I received from my adult child. Actually, , the dead bold did. In fact, innards sheared apart. I hopped onto Smile.Amazon.com and ordered the Kwikset 690 Polo Entry Knob and Single Cylinder Deadbolt Combo. It was weird not having a deadbolt on the door even though it was the Kitchen --> Garage door.Luckily the new Kwikset 690 arrived the next day just in time for me to get home and replace the old set.I am not a fan of the plastic packaging. They really should be more environmentally conscience. Plus, it sucks to cut open and get to all the parts. With this pain behind me, the door know and deadbolt were great look and quality. Just like the listing said it was.I chose to leave the strike plate and not to replace it saving two screws. These are almost all the same. If you need to match the color or the door doesn't latch right, you can just replace that later.All eight screws lined up perfectly to my openings. There are four screws for the doorknob and four for the deadbolt. Two for each the knob and deadbolt pass through the door securing the inside and outside parts. Two for each secure the deadbolt and latch plates into the side of the door. All seated firmly and securely!Withing 15 minutes, the Kwikset 690 Polo Entry Knob and Single Cylinder Deadbolt Combo was fully installed and was significantly better closing and latching with no play in the door. It closes and latches easily. The door doesn't have any play like it used to.I recommend the Kwikset 690 Polo Entry Knob and Single Cylinder Deadbolt Combo for the quality of materials and ease of install.

My suggestion spend a few more bucks for a quality product
