Great for scale models.
These carbon fiber rod’s are great for railing, antennas, etc. The strands within do not run full length; nevertheless, they’re more than flexible enough for the needs of a scale model builder. Dimensional accuracy in my experience seems to vary at .9 +/- .1 mm (.0354” +/- .0039”)

Quality product - used to repair a fishing pole
Used one of the tubes to repair a graphite fishing pole. Picked the size that inserted into the broken pole tube and epoxied both side and slid this rod into them. Other than a little glue, you can't even tell where its broken.

Item received looks to be 1/8” not 3mm. Dimensions are close but that 0.175mm makes a difference for my application.

stiff rod reinforcing for rc planes
3mm is a bit thicker than needed for wing reinforcing and or tails i think 2mm would be perfect but 3mm is very stiff and almost impossible to snap by hand .came quickly and as ordered
