Too American and does not relate to U.K. Readers Don't bother if your not American. Very disappointed in the book

Gluten free details
This book is more for the American market, the flours used are only obtainable there. They can probably be adapted for the UK and Irish markets but would need a lot of trial and error.. Better to buy one for the specific market.

Informative book and amusing.
Really nice amusing look at Coeliac disease some nice recipes.Must be good ,I lent it to someone and have never seen it again so have to buy another one.
