Book was missing several pages. Several for the reason I purchased book. Not cool

We needed to order our son's math textbook to help provide additional supports at home. We were able to find the book through Mechione and the shipping was fantastic. They not only were fast but the measures they took to protect the book during shipping was very much appreciated. My son also loved the free book that was sent with it. We just purchased volume two of the math book and again, a wonderful experience and very pleased with not only the price but the attention to detail.
