MARENAFBS Stage 1 Recovery Girdle with Suspenders, Short Length Post-Surgical Girdle for Women

Followed the size chart, fits true to size. I was on the border based on my hips measurement and could have sized up, but glad I didn’t. My Dr gave me a Design Veronique garment in the same style and it was horrible for me, very stiff and scratchy. So I had no choice but to find another. After researching brands, I decided to try this Marena piece. Showed to my Dr & he approved. And it is absolutely wonderful!!! The price point makes it even greater, it’s about $60 cheaper than the DV garment I tossed out. I’m average height with pear shaped/curvy bottom, and I appreciate how stretchy yet firm the fabric feels on my thick thighs. It’s incredibly comfortable and also durable. I’ve washed several times per the instructions (delicate, cold) and I’ve had no issues. Got another Marena mid-calf style and that one fits and feels great too. Not really a fan of the open gusset, but it doesn’t feel like there’s an opening there -if that makes sense, so I’m not bothered by it. I highly recommend!!!

The is comfortable, well made, and easy to take on and off. Each side has hooks going all the length, about 4-5 inches apart, plus a zipper over the hooks. It is designed to be worn with your own bra. The crotch has a large enough opening, so you don't have to remove it to go to the bathroom. Use their chart to determine your correct size, and size up if you are between sizes.

Material is thick and durable. The closures are absolutely perfect. The clasps inside the zipper give extra support. I sized up as suggested and the body suit fit like a glove, which is how it should be. Easy access to go to the bathroom. This is the third one I bought and the only one I’m keeping.

I measured all areas according to directions in the Marena sizing chart. I was in between sizes so I ordered up a size as instructed. Two of us couldn't get me in this garment without tearing my stitches. I can't return it. $150 wasted.

Got this for post Timmy tuck/Lipo works great. I wish the sides came up higher. But over all love this one. I am 145 and purchased both a small and medium, ended up going with the small.

I ordered a large and received a 2 XL. The package had clearly been opened before and minimal care was put into repackaging before sending it out again. It was hard to find the size info on any of the packaging. On the garment itself the size was 2XL. This is not a sizing problem. It was a compression garment for a 2XL person.I’m going to get a refund and buy the brand (Design Veronique) I’ve been using post-surgery that I got from the doc’s office. It’s a bit more expensive but I like it, it’s way nicer than this one, there are lots of compression garment choices, and they’re made in the USA.

I thought because it’s expensive it was going to be great. The bottom center has a hole for you to pee instead of removing the item off. But every time I pee, it got on the bottom & I had to remove to wash. So, you can wear till you have to pee, then have to remove.

Since you will have to live in this thing for who knows how long it might as well be comfortable. This is the best part of my surgery. It is so easy to put on and get off. I got a thigh lift also and it doesn’t hurt those incisions. Can’t say enough positive things about this garment. Worth every penny. Get two!
