GREAT BIKE. MY SON LOVES IT!!!
Heads Up, Parents!Thinking about getting your little one an X-PRO 40cc Kids Dirt Bike? I took the plunge, and here's my honest take on this popular mini pit bike. The Good Stuff:For young riders just starting, this bike can be a blast! The 4-stroke engine is a definite plus, offering a smoother and more predictable power delivery compared to some 2-stroke models. This can be a real confidence-booster for kids new to dirt bikes. It's got the look and feel of a real dirt bike, which a lot of kids will love, and the disc brakes provide decent stopping power. It's also generally on the more affordable end of the spectrum when it comes to kids' gas-powered bikes.Things to Keep in Mind:Now, for the not-so-great. Be prepared for some assembly – it doesn't come ready to ride right out of the box. And once it's built, it's a good idea to give it a thorough once-over.I've also seen a fair share of online chatter about reliability issues. While I haven't had any breakdowns (yet!), it's something to be aware of. The overall quality of some components does seem to reflect the lower price point. The Bottom Line:If you're looking for an entry-level, budget-friendly dirt bike to see if your child enjoys the sport, the X-PRO 40cc can be a decent option. However, it's crucial to go into it with realistic expectations. Be prepared to do some initial and ongoing maintenance, and understand that it might not be the most durable or trouble-free bike on the market. For parents who aren't mechanically inclined or are looking for something with a higher level of "buy and ride" reliability, you might want to consider other options, potentially at a higher price point.Overall, it's a mixed bag. It can provide a lot of fun, but be ready to put in a little extra effort to keep it running smoothly and safely!

25mph little bike is perfect for a first bike. Sells great to boot
Update: just one of the update everybody we were missing the parts on this dirt bike when it arrived and contacted the seller about 5 days later they arrived as well as a few extra odds and ends. After getting it all together for my son to write it it is everything he wanted. A consideration for parents this thing is quicker than you think it'll be. I hopped in the Harley and paste my son and my 9-year-old was doing 25 mph on the darn thing it was amazing. The quality of the parts the plastics the decals are all outstanding for the price point. The brakes are a little underpowered and rinky dinky but do the job. I might replace them in the future we will see all in all I would recommend to any of my friends and family this bike and the seller in particular we are thrilled with them thank you so much old post:Arrived missing parts and the box was soaked with oil presumably from the motor.Order this for my son's birthday when it arrived The box of saturated with oil and parts were missing from the box. I will update this review upon the conclusion of getting my issues resolved.

Decent
The bike is a fun little starter ɓike, but you get what you pay for! For some reason it was real bad about getting fuel in the oil. I am not sure what is causing it, if it needs to be broke in still, or if it just has bad piston rings from the start. Also the kick stand broke of in less than 2 weeks. Other than that, is has been a fun little machine.

If you’re on the fence… here’s your sign to buy it
The media could not be loaded. My son is 10, a little small for his age, and he’s been able to ride one of those cheap Razor electric bikes that go about 5-6 mph and so this was his Christmas gift, and his first real experience at a gas powered dirt bike. I assembled it in about 30 minutes with the tools provided, and boy has it kept a smile on his face for days. It’s been the best $400ish I spent (with shipping and all included) and it’s definitely something I was 50/50 on, but after seeing how cool it’s been, I’m already looking to buy a bigger one for myself. It rips around in anything you ask it to, it goes pretty quick with him on it, and I’m a little over 200 lbs and it will rip around a bit with just me on there as well. It’s a blast and I hope this is your sign to buy it. Such an awesome little bike for the price. 10/10 would recommend!

Don’t buy
Do not buy this. The carb is trash, brakes will quit working and eventually the engine blows. This happened within weeks of riding. My son is 65 pounds and we took all the proper care and maintenance. The seller is unwilling to work with you for repairs. They have no refund, won’t allow a return and Amazon can offer no help because they are a “third party” seller. Horrible experience and my son is left with no bike to ride and $400 out the window.

Fit, Durability and Functionality
These bikes were awesome for my kids for Christmas. I purchased a boy and girl bike for ages 5 and 8. Both ride really well. My kids were able to easily ride with instructions given by us. I love the speed it is able to provide for a child’s age and the size of the bikes.

Nice little bike for the price
The media could not be loaded. Assembly was pretty straight forward. Seems like a well built little unit. Starts up very easy. Has a nice amount of pep to keep things interesting for my child. Makes a nice noise but not loud enough to annoy the neighbors. With only a short time of riding I highly recommend. Will update as reliability is proven.

Mehh
Pretty decent for the price my daughters had it a year now and rides it a lot... Complaint list paint and plastic fade in one month of having the welds are shoddy but holding, chain rides on frame of the bike and has rubbed a whole over time. However for the price you'd be hard-pressed to find anything as nice as it is when you get it new, kids love it no complaints just a worried dad
