White Double Garage Door Insulation Weatherization Kit Reflective Foam (not Bubble) 5 Panel 18' x 8'

This product was everything I expected, instructions were clear and easy to follow. I ordered a kit to cover my primary 2 car door, the supplier sent me enough to cover that door plus an extra roll of insulation. I decided I wanted to cover my single car door and the company sent me a second roll of insulation. Very responsive, quality product, I'm a very satisfied customer 🤙

My garage door face south-west and get a lot of sun here in Arizona. The foam definitely help to keep a lot of heat out. The double sided tape that comes with it does NOT want to stick to the foam longer than 10 minutes. I even installed double the amount than shown. For each panel two rows double sided tape on top and two on the bottom. Applied with the included spatula, and let it site for several hours. Then applied the foam. Pressed it against the tape with the spatula, then with a towel and repeated it/ had to repeat it every 30 minutes. Opened the garage door the next day and the foam started to peel off right away. I got myself white duct tape and applied that to the top and bottom. That did the trick. The foam stayed in place and helps to keep the heat out.

I like to write fair reviews for potential buyers and also for the manufacturers so they can improve their quality to meet consumer satisfactions.The adhesive double sided tape is absolute garbage. I followed exact directions, buat after few days all my insulation was on my garage floor detached from my garage door.Best recommendation is just hire a professional company to insulate your garage door.

Kudos for the customer service. Great job there. This was simply not what I was expecting. It is about 1/4” thick reflective bubble wrap type material. I had an uninsulated door and needed something thicker. I would recommend listing the thickness dimensions. Very nice dealer though.

I've seen reviews for folks in hot climates trying to keep their garage cool. But I live in the greater San Francisco bay area where it gets a little chilly in winter. We like to use our garage as a party room sometimes, but it can get very cold in the winter. I know many of you folks back east will laugh at me, LOL. But the garage must be 15 or 20 degrees warmer. The difference since installing this product exceeds my expectations; but there are caveats. You will probably get extra product, more than you need. I cut all the extra and taped it directly to the garage door, effectively nearly doubling the amount of product. Also, you can buy strips of extra insulation at Home Depot if you want an extra layer of protection. The product is silver reflective on one side and white foamy plastic on the other side. It isn't durable, because it's this thin 3/8 or 1/2 inch foam. But it works better than I though it would for how thin it is. If you put it on skillfully with patience, I believe it's an improvement in appearance over the back side of an aluminum garage door. But I don't think you'll see any examples in Architectural Digest, LOL. It's plain basic stuff, and if you're expectations aren't excessively high I think you'll appreciate this product.

Install was great and no issues with adhesion like previous reviewers mentioned. Mike was available to suggest a specific modification regarding the install that made it work better for my specific garage door. Great product and customer service. Buy with confidence.
