I purchased 4 of these as gifts and kept one for myself. The one I kept about 3 weeks later fell off my wrist The latch on one end had come apart and the bracelet broke in 2. I returned it via Amazon and they had an option to replace with the same thing. They actually shipped it that same day and it arrived the next day even before I had taken the old one to be returned.I also purchased rings form this company. The quality and price are amazing. They look super high end and much more higher priced than they are. I purchased the gold filled vs gold plated. No tarnish or fading. Will be getting more from this vendor. Thanks !

So cute! It’s very small, I’m gonna use it to stack with other bracelets. I’ve ordered jewelry from pavoi and never have i had an issue with it tarnishing so I don’t see why this bracelet would be any different. It’s super easy to put on by myself also which is a plus!!

SO LOVELY AND DAINTY! look, i got my pure hawaiian fathers big hands, arms, wrists everything so when i tell you how beautiful, sparkly AND comfortable this piece is to wear!?!i tell you the truth, it is the absolute best piece of jewelry i have ever purchased on amazon. truly! i’ll write another review with pictures but hear me when i say this is an immediate yes yes yes purchase. i have a large bracelet size too ( 10-11 comfortably ) so i know that what makes ALL the difference here is the adjustable clasp; i had a feeling from the start that this would work for my bigger forearms but kept it in my “save for later” because of the price…WELL- let me reassure you, it is indeed a justified price! not to mention the sparkle!?! ugh! i could go on!this is a 10 10 10 purchase!

The bracelet is really cute and doesn't tarnish, BUT the "clasp" or slider bead is too slick so it comes lose all the time.

This might have been the best piece I bought from this brand! It doesn't give the cheap look at all. It is great to pair with other bracelets.There are a lot of people complain that it broke easily. Luckily, mine is still good. It is really delicate and small. I could imagine it is really easy to break. No matter how expensive a bracelet is, things happen, it can break. Just need to be careful about it, especially with this one that's so delicate.For the size, I think it's exactly how the picture and video had shown. I am not really sure why people complain it's too small because it is small, just as the photo shows, it should be expected. I didn't read the size in the product information, but this is exactly what I expected. If you are looking for something bigger, this won't be for you. This is simple and thin.Overall, great for only $15! Makes me trust Amazon jewelry a lot more! Recommended!

I have bought products from PAVOI before and everything was fine. But this time I didn't even receive the product, the supplier (PAVOI) told me that I should contact Amazon because they were in charge of shipping. Amazon told me that I should speak to the carrier. First of all, my relationship is with Amazon, not with the carrier, they must resolve internally. And secondly, it was a package that contained 2 products, of which only 1 of them was in it, which means that it was not packaged, so it is not a problem with the carrier, but with Amazon. In short, they did not want to give me my money back, not even in credit to order it again, nor send me the product. Total scam. Be careful.

Update at the bottom of this review*Bought the vermeil gold version hoping it would be stronger and it definitely isn’t. The links are way to weak. Given on Christmas, so about month of mostly daily wear the ring near the gems snapped. This issue is mainly due to the clasp that holds the bracelet tight to the wrist. Within a couple weeks of use it already started loosening (she stated was getting annoying and almost lost it once) to today where it let something light get underneath while cooking and pulled the link right out. Very pretty but useless for daily wear. I guess it would be decent if you wear it only out for occasions and if the case go with the cheaper one because the clasp will definitely go out in it over time. Heres to hoping the vendor will replace it since it has just been over a month, conveniently for me right after the return period expired. Will update if they do.UPDATE: So after reaching out to the vendor through their email I was reimbursed by their warranty. Leaving the review at 3 starts as the jewelry was not durable due to our experience, but their customer service was responsive and quick.
