Siete Cassava Flour Tortillas | Gluten Free | Grain Free | Vegan | 8 Tortillas Per Pack (Pack of 6)

I really like the taste of this brand of tortillas. Plus it is made with cassava flour and not rice. Most gluten free breads and crackers are made with rice. The chickpea and almond flour tortillas by Siete are also delicious. Very soft, roll up without falling apart.

The cassava wraps are my absolute favorite! They are the best substitution I've found for a tortilla that doesn't contain wheat or corn (or a lot of other allergens). I love using them to make veggie wraps with a tahini sauce. The cassava is my personal favorite but I've also tried the almond flour ones and they are also pretty good. Definitely don't skip the step of heating them up on the griddle - makes a world of difference! My only complaint is that they contain xantham gum. I would love to see them swap this out for something better like psyllium husk or flax.

I usually love the siete products but I was disappointed to see the tortillas arrive with mold on them. I've been trying to contact the seller directly but I don't see how. Please let me know how you can replace my purchase. Thank you!

I love these tortillas but they don't last very long. They are a bit over priced.

I first tried the cassava wraps when I was doing the “AIP” diet for some autoimmune diseases I was struggling with. All the dietary restrictions left me craving anything that seemed like a carb! Now it’s been 18 months and I am hooked! These are delicious. All I do is heat one up in the microwave for 14 seconds because using it as a breakfast wrap. It comes out soft and flavorful. Although I am no longer doing AIP, these are still my wraps of choice. Very happy with the delivery as well; they arrive frozen and packaged well.

I used my tortillas as a wrap for a kind of salad containing lettuce, carrots, and turkey. Another time I heated them in a skillet and used them as a wrap for an egg roll type meal. Both times they were delicious!! It is hard for me to find things I can eat as I am on the AIP diet. I am thankful to have found Siete tortillas and their cassava chips as well are delicious!!
