Overall a very great sofa, such an easy assembly and very comfortable, this was great for the price when I was moving into a new home. It’s very good quality and a perfect size for 2 people.On delivery, the individuals delivering the sofa asked for 20£ per flight of stairs they had to carry the sofa up, we were on the 3rd floor but I wished this was disclosed before hand as I do not carry cash.We needed to add some Velcro to the L shaped pillow to stop it moving, but it was fine after and hardly moved.Lovely, cheap and comfortable sofa.

I hoped this would be a nice soft couch but the seats are so: hard and uncomfortable they make my back ache. Moreover the end seat cushion sides off any time anyone sits on that side of the couch. It’s infuriating , disappointing and a waste of money.

Delivery was great, friendly guys delivered the sofa, quality is great and comfortable, cushions against the back which might not suit everyone although they would prob need to pay at least double otherwise so probably not in the same price market. For the price you couldn't beat this.

The sofa is okay, it’s about what you’d expect for the price. It’s quite delicate on some parts because it’s completely hollow, and very light. The weight makes it easy to move around but definitely does not give reassurance to its sturdiness. It fits together as two pieces, and thankfully stays together. The actual sofa is really firm and it takes some getting used to, but it’s fine. The cushions are just cushions, very compact but they always move about and there isn’t really anything to hug you.The actual customer experience was so bad. I have already written about this as a review for the seller, but they demanded additional delivery fees and threatened to get me banned from Amazon 😂 It was very gross and predatory. This practice is against Amazon’s terms of service and they were the ones who told me not to give anyone any money, and sided with me.Probably wouldn’t recommended just based on dealing with the horrible people involved.
