I’ve read a lot about lecithin and the pros and cons regarding cholesterol and cardiovascular health. I can’t offer an opinion on that, because the information I have seen goes both ways, so persons interested in lecithin supplements should look it up from reliable sources and make an informed judgment for themselves. I thought it also might be good for Restless Leg, but again, I see that opinions and experience varies.I take this as a choline nutritional supplement. I noticed for the first few doses, it was a little upsetting to my GI system, even though I took it with meals. Best to start this when you can be at home and not at work or in school, if you have never taken lecithin before. After two days however, my system adjusted to it, and no GI side effects at all, even when I later took it on an empty stomach.The gel caps are on the large side, because they contain a lot of lecithin. Not difficult to swallow, but not the easiest either. These are derived from soy. I don’t know if soy vs sunflower vs other sources matters much, but I am happy with this product.

I like how it helps with my blood sugar levels, easy to swallow, no digestion problems, and no bowel movements issues. First few days, I really like it. I see that others may have gotten the pills where the oil was seeping out of the capsule, that was not my experience.
