I would order what size sports bra you wear. Even shirt size you wear would be compatible. I wear an XL shirt and the CL bra fits perfectly. They are awesome!

Q: Im a 36/38d what size should i get?

I got the medium and I am a size 36 C. These bras are very stretchy and comfortable so it still leaves me some room. You should probably get a large just to be sure especially since your boobs will grow when your milk comes in.

Q: Are there replacement pads and extenders I can get? One of the pads got lost in the washing process.

You might have to buy pads from a lingerie store but yes it comes with extenders .Check the bra really good because I thought I had lost a pad and it was in the side of the bra after washing

Q: What if I am a 38dd after having baby, what size should I buy?

I am 36DDD and wear XL if that helps
