WORST BAIT & SWITCH
Worst bait & switch ever! There is no way to fully resolve someone selling something not pictured and sending something else!! My caroler did not come with pretty red floral dress but gray, would have kept and saved my time, aggravation & money, if her face was not knicked missing a chunk of wood and paint on her right cheek & hair looked like a rat's nest. Other caroler was fine & kurt adler gingerbread houses were fine, but no excuse for photographing wrong or outdated item, sending wrong item or it being damaged!!! WYS IS NOT ALWAYS WHAT YOU GET!
