This brand of commercial lock sets are of high quality, with this particular unit being typical.We installed this product and are happy with the results.My only negative comment is that the package had obviously been opened as the factory seal (tape) had been molested/damaged, the striker looked as though it may have had the screws tightened against it and the inside twist lock had signs of use..Either way, the price was good and we installed it anyway, it works great..!

Amazon needs to take down the description that this is a Schlage handle because it is not. It is janky and did not even come with all the screws for install. It would also say the brand name on part of it and it does not. Rip off, do not buy.

We ordered two of these wanting to use only Schlage products. When they showed up they ended up being a knock off brand. They are more loose inside the mechanism than the old Schlage ones we pulled off. Not as sturdy. We kept the door handles because we needed to be able to lock our office immediately. If not, I would have returned as they are not what they say. They will still do the job though.

The latch was not adjustable and poor fitting. The cylinder had misaligned springs. The strike pad had been previously set and was dented. The lock spindle was poor fitting and roughly tooled. I would not recommend. Perhaps because my purchase was an AMAZON Warehouse purchase the experience I had was not the norm. Not happy with this purchase for the above reasons. The lock was installed by a professional licensed locksmith.

Decent... but this is not a Schrade lock.

This is not a Schlage lock set. What arrived is as pictured. However a cheap knock off. Amazon should be sued for fraud. I didn't have a choice but to install and keep lever. Poorly made and installation took much longer than actual Schlage lockset.
