Can solve a lot of doors that don't latch shut.
There are quite a few different reasons that a door stops latching. This little device will solve most of them. Most of them are based on the door sagging or warping -- this will do almost all of those.You've got to be somewhat handy to install it. It requires enlarging the hole in the door casing for the latch to enter and preparing the mounting for a new larger strike plate. Not difficult, but needs to be done reasonably precisely. If you're a wood working novice, find help with the installation before you mess up your door frame.
