I recommend for beginnersI started weightlifting workouts 20 days ago, and from the very first day, I've been using C4 Ripped, which I borrowed from my cousin. Last week, I ordered it for both of us. This product really gives you a boost and helps maintain consistency in your mood while working out. I'm planning to use it until my body requires it. However, I'd like to advise beginners to use this product for the first month. From the second month onwards, use it on alternate days because you don't want to become dependent on it. Once you become proficient in weightlifting, it's better to rely on your own strength. Always remember that C4 and similar products are good for pre-workout, as they help during your workout sessions.

Didn't get the new packing but overall the product is very good. 150mg Caffein is perfect for people working out in evening and have to sleep early. Gives you good energy and pump!

One of my Favourti pre-workout for years..
keep your diet in check and use C4 ripped for workout and you will start seeing results in few weeks...I am not a professional bodybuilder but this really helps me shred water weight very quickly when I cut sugars and salts and use this product.
