* Update: I received the 2 replacement chairs that were missing yesterday. I love my table set even more now that it's complete. I received several complements on it already. Thank you for the quick and amazing customer service.I absolutely love it. The product arrived earlier than the expected date. I love the quality and it is better than I expected. It is very sturdy and easy to assemble. The only reason I didn't give it 5 star is that I'm missing 2 chairs. I contacted the manufacturer and said they'll send out my chairs within a week. So I will update my review ones it arrives.

Really nice furniture, and packaging is done well to prevent damage. But lining up the holes on the chairs to attach the legs and especially the backs is horrible! Once put together though, it's really quite elegant and sturdy.

The chairs feel very hit or miss in terms of quality. Out of 4 chairs, two came out good, one came out kinda non-level. It wobbles a bit because not all 4 legs are flat on the floor. And the third chair was completely unconstructable. The screws holes were poorly placed on these chairs as though the manufacturer was in a huge rush to assemble it all. I’m going to have to call the manufacturer to get a replacement chair for the one that can’t be constructed. And it’s not just me. I hired a professional handyman and they couldn’t do it either.EDIT: I called the manufacturer and at least they were willing to send me a free replacement chair for the one that was unconstructable. For this, I'll raise my rating from 3 stars to 4 because at least the customer service is good.

This product is terrible quality 1st bench broke and a 2 year old was sitting on it it’s flimsy the manufacturer nor Amazon assisted with trying to come up with solution three days after 2 chair legs broke and is was assembled by Amazon so none of this is at fault of own. Should have uploaded pictures before trashed there is no way we could seat at this table and be safe and no they did not offer to pick up and pay for assembly of another. The manufacturers number is out of order and the emails are undeliverable. Sucks for me $700 wasted.

Really nice quality and color and assembling wasn’t that hard

I really love the look of this table and chair set, and everything feels solid and strong. My issue is with the fabric of the chairs.Even though we sprayed it down with scotchguard thoroughly, it gets dirty way too easily and doesn't clean up well. Additionally, the fabric has started to come apart at the seams, especially on the sides where it curved to the back.I've had the set for less than 2 years and looking at getting slipcovers to cover up how things are now falling apart.
