MORGAN & PAIGE 925 Sterling Silver Created Opal and Genuine Gemstone Halo Pendant Necklace, 18"

Got it as a gift for my gf and 2 months later, she's worn it every day and hasn't once taken it off since, it still seems just as good as new, and looks beautiful.

The pendant is very nice but the chain is rather skimpy. I simply put on another chain.

I've gotten so many compliments. I haven't taken it off since I got it. Still looks brand new!

This is the third item from Amazon's Curated Collection that I have had the opportunity to review and, like the other two, its a winner.The necklace is opal and garnet, a collection of (respectively) white and red. The opal shines (opalescence) beautifully and the red offsets of the garnet stones makes it look like the opal is lit from within. Usually, with less expensive jewelry, it tends to be gaudy and overly large. This is not either of those things. it is small but lovely and it looks great on my wife's neck.My wife received it as a Valentine's Day gift. When she opened it, her eyes went wide and she let out an audible, 'Oooh!." That 'Oooh' is what I was hoping for. In short, it was not what she expected, it was much better.The necklace came, as did the other curated items, in a plain black box. The chain is small and feels delicate, but I gave it a pretty solid tug and it held well. I was prepared if it came loose to replace the chain (better than replacing the pendant!) but that does not seem to be necessary!All in all, a terrific necklace, pretty, elegant and my wife give it two enthusiastic thumbs up. I have attached pictures of the item, though the picture on the website here probably does it better justice. If you are looking for a nice gift, whether for a spouse or a lover or a friend, this is a very good value. Strong recommend!

Gorgeous!!! The garnets are exquisite - perhaps my favorite color that I've ever seen! And so sparkly! Overall, the pendant is just right - not too big, not too little, and just lovely! Pendant is excellent quality, especially for price, and I'm picky about things looking fake/cheap. In fact, it looks quite expansive too, although the chain looks delicate but feels inexpensive. You have to touch it to really tell though.

This necklace is gaudy and cheap looking. The color of the laboratory created opal is garish and totally unrealistic and the gold chain is way too delicate and brassy looking. All in all it looks like something designed for a six year old, yet too easily breakable for that age. If you are looking for something that is pretty and is designed for the average adult woman look elsewhere.

This piece is fine for what you pay, I like jewelry a little daintier so that's one of my only complaints. I wish the pendant was a smidge smaller, and the chain a little darker. It's hard to achieve that dark 18K gold look without using actual 18K gold. I would compare the yellow color to a 10K brighter gold. Solid piece for the price, just not my exact taste.

Chain is way smaller than described. Barely fits around my neck .

Have a antique ring to match it. Really is lovely.
