I wish JYM products were cheaper, by far the most expensive pre workout. I personally half scoop it so it can last twice as long and it keeps my caffeine tolerance down. Only preworkout I use. I always tell people half the enjoyment is the pump half is enjoying this pink lemonade every day

I came back after not being able to work out for about 6 years, got my gym membership, and picked up my go-to protein and all my equipment. Nex,t I started looking at what's new in the pre-workout world, after searching and seeing a lot of new brands I wasn't really shocked that most companies are still making low-dose propriety blend formulas. So I grabbed a tub of pre jym, still dosed with what the clinical studies used and claimed that was effective. It was my first day back and I loved every minute this is still the best and safest pre-workout on the market.

Grape flavor is my favorite followed by Pink Lemonade. Have tried all the preworkouts out there and this one i have used for 4 years now. will continue to only use this preworkout for the foreseeable future. Mixes very well, gives a little tingle, but not too much, and definitely provides excellent focus to push through the toughest workouts. Normally do HIIT workouts, and this is great, works very well for crossfit workouts that i do as well as strength training!
