Great deal. High quality!

Well made! Instructions and assembly is about as easy as it gets. I’m super impressed by this cart from WEN

Really nice tool stand (4.5 but worthy of rounding up to 5)

I got my WEN tool stand today and I really love it.Let's talk assembly:It was fairly easy to assemble, but some of the bolts needed a small love tap with my hammer in order to get them in place. Instructions are pretty good. I made the mistake of initially trying to attach the legs on the inside of the corners, but after some blood and tears I noticed that the picture had them attached on the outside of the corner. (I want to take off half a point, but I can't with how much I love the assembled product). Once assembled it is nice and stable and easy to move.Next, let's talk about attaching tools and stability/maneuverability:First I gotta get this said and over with, sorry WEN, I very much love my DEWALT and Kobalt tools (but I may add some WEN tools now). Ok, with that said, I bought this stand for my 12" Kobalt Miter Saw. I'm getting back into woodworking but I have to delay the refit of my garage due to family health situation. After ordering the stand I got a little worried that my saw was going to be too big but it fits well. The edges do overhang a bit, but that is perfectly ok by me. I did have to drill some new bolt holes in order to attach the saw to the top, but that as easy to do. As toward stability/maneuverability, I love it. I was worried with the front having that one wheel in the middle that it would tip when turning, but it doesn't do that. It is really stable and easy to move. The only thing I wish was that it was an inch higher. It feels low, but I might be ok with that. I'm disabled and sometimes need to sit while working so having this being a bit low might work for me.Overall I highly recommend this stand to others. I'm planning on buying another one for my Rikon (sorry WEN) bandsaw and planer.

Overall decent but I have a couple of notes that lower the stars.

The good:Love the holes for bolting equipment downFairly easy to build.Instructions have intelligent order of operation for assembly and should be followed. (Pictures mean I didn’t read)Study enough enough for 90lb dewalt planer. The rollers work but have a single knob so they won’t be perfectly level (risk of snipe on planer). The badNo extra hardware so I always ding a minimum half star, but also no hardware shortage and they did include hardware for attaching tools so, kudos! The wheels are meant for flat smooth surfaces. My garage is 124 years only and the cement is not flat and the previous home owner had carpet and puzzle soft flooring. With about 140lbs or so of weight, the cart is worthless if I want to wheel it. I built a caster base. Which fixed problem two:The cart is a bit short for my planer and me. I’m 6’3ā€ and like things taller to start but I think it might be short for most. The shelf is too low for me. With the spacing and the fact I’m mobile, I’ll probably never use, but it adds strength to the structure. No locktight on nuts so they may become loose over time. Plan accordingly.Overall I think it was good value and while it’s definitely not perfect, I think it is great value.

Is it worth the price of admission? Yes. Period.

This is more than just a tool stand. its a material saver. I run my planer on it and the extension rollers changed unusable snipe to usable snipe. After planing a 6 foot 1X10 on both faces, I ended up with .002 total snipe on both ends. And thats with a 12-1/2" Wen. Without the extensions it was in excess of .008. Anything more than 6 foot and you'll need additional rollers or infeed/outfeed tables. As far as the height of the stand, it aint enough. Gonna have to fix that. Everything in my shop is set at 36 inches. With a stand height of 29 and a planer deck at 32, I'm 4 inches short of being happy. I do like the portability. Beats a 9 foot long dedicated table (preferred, but a space killer).Overall, Wen hit one out of the park with this one. I think I'll keep it.

Dewalt DW735 planer fits well!

I bought this specifically for my dewalt dw735 planer which is 92 pounds. I was tired of repositioning it on my assembly table every time I needed to use it because it's really heavy! This table is made of heavy guage steel and seems very durable. The measurements of this table and the planer seemed very close, and I was okay if the planer was slightly larger. When I got it all assembled, the planer fits perfectly! I was able to use the slots on the table top to bolt it down as well. The infeed/outfeed rollers seem like a bonus too, and they are adjustable in width and height. My dw735 has the extensions, but a little more support wider is never a bad thing.Assembly went well, remember the legs attach outside the top and bottom. Do that and all the holes line up perfectly. Also ensure that the wheels are perpendicular to the feed direction of your planer so it gives more stability.I can now wheel my planer around easily and save my back doing it.Yes, I could have built a cabinet that would do the same thing for cheaper, but I really don't have the time, and time is money!
