Don't waste your money. We bought this rug for my mother-in-law, for Christmas. The colors are exactly what she wanted. What she didn't want was for it to be separating and coming apart not even 3 months later in multiple spots.Before you ask, no she doesn't have kids in the house and she has a Chihuahua and a small Corgi. So not a lot of traffic and no "heavy" traffic.I reached out to the companies customer service. After submitting the order number from Amazon just like it shows on the invoice, the item ID and all the other requested information I got an email that said they needed my invoice information so they could verify my purchase as they couldn't take my word for it...mmm k, already sent all of that. Then reading further it says that they will not exchange, return, or offer any other assistance as they do no warranty the product and I would need to got thru the retailer for any support or assistance. But if I want to resubmit all the information that I sent of the first submission they might send it on to their customer service team...it's ok. I'll just talk to Amazon directly and make sure I never order from this manufacturer again.

First off, the rugs are beautiful. I bought three in different shapes and colors. Two from Amazon and one from Home Depot. The one from Home Depot is in my kitchen and getting the most abuse, but holding up beautifully. The two I bought through Amazon see much less traffic but are coming unbraided and tufts of the braids are coming up like pulls. It is happening where my office chair rolls over it and the other where my coffee table legs are. Could just be a coincidence, but it makes me suspicious if Amazon is selling a lower grade quality Safavieh than Home Depot or if these are knockoffs. I will say they were very understanding and returning was easy.

Not sure what I was expecting, but this rug is much more... I purchased 5x8 oval brown/multi. The color is beautiful, subtle but still there! Nice brown, tan, ivory, blue accent. I was expecting it to be stiff, but it is not, it is quite soft and feels nice to walk on. It seems well constructed. We are in the process of re-doing our home office and wanted to create a reading nook in the corner opposite the desk. This rug is perfect. It creates an "area" in the room. It arrived within a couple days, as promised, and it came very well packaged, rolled around a sturdy core and wrapped in heavy plastic. When I unrolled it, I was ready to have it stay in the rolled-up shape, but it did not, it laid flat right out of the packaging, did not smell bad... totally impressed for the price! I included a photo... excuse the messy room, it is still a work in progress. I wanted to try to show the colors. Overall, very pleased.

I needed something that would not show every bit of dog hair and would look good in the kitchen. This is perfect. I did not originally buy a rug grabber thinking since the kitchen table would be on the rug we wouldn't need it but it still requires a grabber. My 120LB great dane mix will run and slide the rug right across the kitchen floor taking the table with it. The colors are true to the photo.

This is a well made rug. After reading reviews I was expecting something thinner and of less quality. This rug is thick and reversible. In fact my local Lowe's carries Safavieh rugs (price may be higher depending on the day) so you can look at the quality in person. I had some confusion over the shape of the rug since the search image is rectangle and the item page image is oval. The Item model number will tell you. If it ends in a number it is square or rectangle, if it ends in an O it is oval. (Square/Rectangle: BRD313A-9) (Oval: BRD313A-9O) I hope this helps.

Beautiful colors, nice weave, they give our new wood floors a nice traditional look, that can also go with transitional furniture. The only reason not excellent score is twofold. One you must, and I mean really should buy an anti skid pad if you are putting these over the new vinyl planking floors, unless you like to ice skate on your carpet when it moves. Secondly I need to determine if the few loose strings here and there that I trimmed with my scissors are going to be an ongoing problem, or if this is typical of the rug when it is new. I should add that we liked it so much after we bought two for the living and den rooms, that we bought two more for a bedroom, and the dining room. This time we bought the anti skid pads with the order. When you compare the price on this website for these rugs and go to any (and I went to six) outside vendors, the Amazon price was typically between 30% and 50% less depending on the rug as we bought three different styles and colors.

I have 2 large dogs, 1 from puppyhood. This. rug is. the. bomb! So super impressed. Due to dog chewing and scratching I’ve occasionally had to snip a piece of thread here and there, no biggie considering other rugs would have been in the trash by now if they had gone threw what this rug has (totally my dogs fault). This rug is still as beautiful after 2 years as the day we purchased it. Buy it, quality is awesome, beauty and color hasn’t faded one bit. My dogs lie on it all day.Best purchased I’ve ever made, I already have 2, the second in my kitchen. My plan is to order 1 more as I’m fearful this style will get discontinued. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

After putting down new flooring I wanted an area rug to warm up the room and make it look cozy. I love this Rug! It arrived quickly and unrolled perfectly flat. Seems to be good quality and the colors are richer than in the picture on Amazon. It is slippery on these floors but I put down a felt type rug pad underneath. I have a same type rug under my dining table and have had it for at least 10 years and they wear well and are easy to vacuum. So if you are looking to purchase this rug you will not be disappointed.

The carpet took almost three weeks to arrive, but it looks lovely in our family room, and is exactly as shown, our home is log, so goes beautifully with our decor! Quality is great for the price!
