The media could not be loaded. Tastes very good and fresh. I eat this sometimes instead of regular oatmeal and love it. I cook it on the stove top with milk and the texture comes out really nice if you’re seeking something different. The grains are very small you need to get a very tight sieve to rinse before cooking. And it’s got a lot of health benefits too. It’s value for money, this is the only brand I’ve tried although it’s not in the original packaging. I’m not disappointed and will buy again.

Organic is the way to go! Incorporating millet into my diet has been a significant upgrade from traditional meal and flour. It’s perfect for making incredibly delicious and healthy cornbread, packed with fiber, iron, and more. Millet also works wonderfully as a batter for fish.

Fast shipping. This was new to me. A curiosity. I'm sold. Its kind of like couscous.I only eat it once a week though because it is high in phytates/block nutrients...or something like that. :) It absorbs any flavor your cooking with just like rice.

One of my favorite grains and very nutritious. Eaten in broad regions of N. Africa and the Middle East. Ancient delicious grain.

Taste is not bad, just bland. Texture is like birdseed; could not get past that. It’s best mixed in a stir fry but still not that good.
