i think it’s pretty good. but it doesn’t deposit color, it just makes the color last longer. i like it.

This shampoo lathers well and when paired with the conditioner, it definitely enhanced by natural red! My hair feels super soft and not greasy at all.

Works well preserving my color but it doesn't add color, you'd need a color depositing shampoo for that. My problem is that the two pack came sealed and when I ordered again for a single shampoo it came unsealed.I've noticed after further use that it extremely dries out my scalp. I don't have an issue with it drying out my hair since I only wash my hair 1-2 times a week. However, I only wash it the one time, not a double shampoo, but my scalp reacts badly. It's annoying to have a flaking scalp and greasy hair while I wait for my scalp to recover between washes.

I freaking love Joy Frieda products!!! And these are hard to find in local stor s lately, seems like anything that works for me they take it off the market.....whatever amazon almost ALWAYS has what I need. Great price amazingly awesome results for my brassy red hair (I use henna with this to really help attain the natural vibrant red and copper and golden hues of reds.) This shampoo and the conditioner work wonderfully for me and my hair, also helps the ends not be so frizzy and fluffy, just use a comb bamboo or plastic, or the shower brush and I use a couple pumps of John Frieda frizz ease purple bottle on the middle f my hair and ends and have amazing results no fly always smooth sleek shiny manageable great smelling hair!!! With that sexy red color.

i didn’t know that the red shampoo was a shampoo that boost your color that this shampoo doesn’t turn your hair red. this is a poor shampoo item. everyone be careful what you buy. especially if it’s for your hair.

It seems to work fine I mix them between Red and blonde. Or mix them together because I’m awesome.

Terrible if you want to keep your hair vibrant red, which is what I had before I started using this shampoo. It stripped my vibrancy and left my hair looking dull, faded, and orange-ish after just a few washes. I tried to trust the process, but the more I used it, the more I noticed how fast my color was fading. I'll never be touching this again.
