Hitachi 1.5 Ton 5 Star Window AC (Copper, Dust Filter, 2021 Model, RAW518HEDO, White)

Great product and cooling. Its just that it shows red colour light glow up in the front when the filter is not clean but when u clean the filter ...u see that there is no filter button on the ac remote to switch off that red glow which is sort of funny because all other model hitachi ac remote have this option . Also the word off appears as OF in the front with a single F in OF.But no other problems in the ac. Go for it. Its also quite energy efficient.

The media could not be loaded. One of the worst AC brand to go for. Their Product & services are trash.Bought it back in 2022 and it's LCD panel had fault within 6 months which was repaired after numerous reminders.Just after a year it stopped cooling. When I called the service person, he said gas leakage and charges me 3k without any avail (I believe they might have done something for the gas to leak while I was away). After which they said Compressor is not working which will be changed under warranty. It has been months and they have hardly called back. The AC lies in my room for Months now. Repeated calls is no use to service Centre & Company. They promise to resolve in a day but then the loop continues. Better go for Samsung or any other Indian company. Never expected this from a Japanese brand to stop working after 5 months of Realtime usage.

Giving this feedback after using it a week, i found this AC is fit to my expectation. Low noise basically you need to take care the window and use some thing to avoid vibration and sound like thermacol. Cool very much as i needed. Too early to say if this is energy saviour or not as i need to wait for my first bill after using it. One thing i did not like is its remote do not have light automatically open so in night it will give you trouble to see if you perform any activity by remote.If i suggest please go for it without thinking too much.

value for money product.More energy efficient than so-called inverter ac. you can check the ISSER rating of this ac and other iverter ac.Best in class.Perfect size.Best build quality.Nothing is better than Hitachi when it comes to cooling.

Power Efficient AC, but it could had been more better.It got lots of cons in regards to :1. Poor Plastic Build Quality.2. Front Grill locks doesn't opens up easily for filter cleaning. Front Panel cover too is jammed.3. No Power Saving/ Kaizen mode.4. No Power Cooling mode from remote. Can be accessed from local panel.5. Bad installation service from provider.

Good cooling even for a room as big as 200+ sqft. Sometimes noise seems more. But this is common with all Window AC

Worst qualityIt's remote got the defects its coil and gas got leaked worst ever quality
