The best simethicone product out there
I have lactose intolerance and sometimes even taking the lactase enzyme pills doesn't completely help, and the gas build-up in my tummy can be painful and uncomfortable. I used to take the simethicone chewables which had the consistency of chalk. When Gas-X came out with these gel caplets, I was elated. They are so easy to swallow, and they do the job better than the chalky chewables, breaking up the painful gas. I highly recommend this product.
