Steps on how I set it up!1. Boil water to 190-200*2. Put the handle in the mouth guard and submerged the entire mouth guard in the water for 30 secs. Don’t let it touch the pot!3. Out mouth guard in mouth and bite down and suck on it with your mouth closed till it forms around teeth and gums.4. I put it back into the boiling hot water for another 30 secs to get a better mold. This is optional.5. Immediately after u take it out of your mouth. Run cold water on the mouth guard to set the mold!It’s that easy! It basically locks around your teeth and gums when u sleep. Will not fall out and u can breath easily with it on. Hope this helps!

I can't tell you if this actually works as mine never got fitted. I Followed the heating instructions, proper temperature, for 20 seconds, When I went to insert it into my mouth, to form the product, a section sluffed over and fused to itself, making it impossible to get a correct fit.So if you buy this be careful. For me it was a few dollars wasted. C'est la vie

This thing is so cheap that it was destroyed after wearing it for only two nights. Absolute rubbish.

Fast shipper on product, thanks! The product itself was a bit hard to mold on my teeth. I had to get it pretty hot but I got it too hot because it melted a little on one side. I could still wear it fine. Seemed like it worked alright. I was hoping it would stop my tension headaches but it didn't. Still the headaches weren't as bad, which means it must have worked some on snoring. I have sleep apena and needed something to help since there was a recall on my cpap machine.
