The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the 40-gallon fish tank from Amazon, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and ease of assembly of this product. As an avid fish enthusiast, I am always on the lookout for a well-made tank that provides a comfortable habitat for my aquatic pets, and this tank exceeded my expectations.Upon receiving the tank, I was pleased to find that it was extremely well-made with sturdy materials and a sleek design. The assembly process was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions provided. Within no time, I had it set up and ready for my fish to move in.I must admit that I was initially hesitant to buy this tank due to some negative reviews I had come across. However, I decided to take a chance, and I am so glad that I did. The tank has proven to be a fantastic addition to my home, and my fish seem to love their new spacious environment.I am very happy with the outcome of this purchase, and I would highly recommend this 40-gallon fish tank to anyone in need of a reliable and well-crafted aquarium. Don't let a few negative reviews deter you – sometimes taking a chance pays off, as it did in my case. Thank you, Amazon, for offering such a great product!

I love this light. It is the perfect intensity and is compact. Looks lovely.

I have had this aquarium for a few months now. I love the way it looks but, it is very hard to clean from the top. It only has two openings that you can work through to access the inside and it’s hard to do that. Just cleaning the acrylic walls inside is hard because of the two openings that are not large enough to easily access the inside . As beautiful as it is , I would not purchase again because of how hard it is to access the inside .

This tank is gorgeous and seems well made. If you are up for an acrylic tank and the special care needed in cleaning acrylic safely, then this tank may be perfect for you at a more affordable price than other sources. I was looking for a 20G and liked the cut outs on top for added stability to the tank since I prefer HOB filtration, and I liked that we could have a built in color background. Unfortunately no one in the community could answer my question as to the size of the hole cut outs- even the seller didn't respond. :( So I was forced to buy one and hope for the best. Sadly I had to return it because the main hole- although large, was not large enough for my feature Ohko stone. (I will say tank comes very safely packaged.) The hole dimensions are: Main- 15X5.5, Back- 15x2, Circle- 2" diameter. I hope this helps someone in the future so they don't have to buy it if it's not going to work. I did not try the light so I cannot speak to that.

1. Delivery took over 1 month.2. Upon delivery the glue at the top of the acrylic is bubbly and sloppy, as if someone glued it together in an unprofessional manor. I decided I could live with this since I do not completely fill up the aquarium.3. After 3 months of use the light becomes hot and goes out. Now I am forced to order a new light. In addition the lighting at 60 watts for this aquarium is way too bright. The fish hated it.4. The top of the aquarium is bowed inward.5. After completing the warranty information online from the instructions on the inside the box, I never received any type of conformation.6. No way to contact the seller throughout this horrible process.AND LAST, I highly doubt this is a SeaClear product. The acrylic is not crystal clear in multiple areas.Beware of this aquarium and spend the extra money elsewhere.Amazon should look into this false advertising as a sea clear.

The tank is great this in my 2nd. tank exactly the same. The light is way too bright for this sized tank and the shipping was slow and the 1st. tank arrived late and broken. I am not joking this same exact thing happened when I purchased the 1st. tank back in 2014 the 1st one was late and arrived broken. I would give the tank itself a 5 star rating but with the shipping and the light I give it 3.
