Singer Fabric Cotton, Batik Collection, Dark Slate Gray Sunshine, Cut by The Yard,42 Inches

This is really beautiful fabric. It does require some special pre-wash treatment due to process used in making the fabric. And special handling when laundering. Not sure if it can be ironed or not. But colors are breathtaking.

Good quality material. Washes and dries nicely. Reasonably priced. I will purchase more Singer brand fabric in the future.

I'm making a quilt for my 11 year old granddaughter. She loves pink and purple and I used a variety of batik designs and shades. The trim was giving me fits because I was trying to bring purple, aqua, and hot pink together. This looked like an option. The style of batik I'm using has very small designs so I took a chance on the size of the pattern. Turns out the designs on the material were too large to look right with my quilt. Not sure the tape measure is legible but it's 7 or 8" across the smoky looking spots. Having said all that lol, I sew every day and this will be put to good use at some point. Glad I have it. It's something I would've made a sundress with when I lived in St Croix. Light and cool, but not so thin as to be transparent in the sun. To those of you that sew, I read reviews before I buy. They're very helpful and I hope this will be helpful as well. Btw, I even like the little cloudy spots.

I really didn’t know what to expect when ordering this. Very bright colors. Just disappointed that it is not a true yard of fabric.

The darker color is less intense than the image, but it is still beautiful and I am happy to have ordered it.The pink one is perfect! I love it!

I bought 12 yards, and am very happy with the quality of the material. There is no selvage.

I’m pleased with my project even Beri my Aussie.
