Clear Cam Gear Timing Belt Cover Pulley Replacement For NISSAN Skyline R32 R33 GTS RB25DET

I love the product for the convenience of being able to check timing and monitoring my belt. the only draw back is you have to trim for the upper lip for the valve cover to fit perfectly. But since I'm pretty skilled at fabricating nothing into something this was simple. I believe this nifty add on is a must have. You might be asking why I didn't put a flashy gear well I was going to but the ones on Amazon are trash the radius is toooo small and the timing advancement adjustments are no good. The stock gear is just fine.

Fit's perfect on my 4g63 Lancer Evolution 8. I however did not use the seal surround that you are supposed to install. This allows the cover to vent out which is nice. Fits perfect, zero modifications for install. Great price!!!

Installed in the day it came in. Awesome for the price and looks great. I will say hardest part was installing the seal on it since it was super tight to fit. Just used a heat gun to warm up the rubber a little and it went right in. Going to buy this for my wife’s evo as well.

Fits good, mines isn’t fully on yet, but it does say rb25 on it. I have an rb20 but other than that, not bad.

Ordered one of these because my OEM cover was a little beat. Did a timing job and reassembled using this cover. Well, tried to anyway. Seems well made but the dimensions are incorrect which leaves a huge gap near the front by the dipstick tube and prevents the bolt from attaching. Now, I could have cut it down and made it work but that was way too much effort at the time. Threw in the trash and reused my original cover.

Not in time to try it on my evo . It got impounded 🥲 . It's ok this a great product superb quality will probably sit till I get another one!

Giving it a 4 out of 5 star rating because it's not an exact fit. Take a look at the seccond photo. You'll see where the pink gasket doent seat properly, however it bolts directly in place of he oem cover. Another suggestion I have is to allow the customer to have the ability to choose the color of the spacers/grommets and the gasket color to match in the engine bay as pinkish purple isnt my thing ( yeah I know I have a purple engine mount lol, wasnt by choice either).Besides that, price is amazing for the quality of the product. Equivilant products would be alot more expensive. The clear plastic seemed to hold to some tension while tightening the bolts down and didnt crack and am wondering how it will fare under the stressors of heat, but we will soon find out.Overall great product for the price and will significantly do its job of keeping objects from falling into the timing belt area.
