These chairs came fast. After assembling both, I found some dirty spots on the fabric but I wasn’t as displeased as I was when I saw the noticeable gap between the chair arm and the back. I can see the bolt used to attach the flaps to the backrest. This was so disappointing. I also noticed the legs had some extra lean which could over time cause the legs to break. The cushion is very hard which I assume was to accommodate the reclining mechanism. Overall, for the price all these abnormalities are tolerable.

i recently lost all of my living room furniture - and had to start over, I contemplated over this chair set for 2 or 3 months before I finally made the purchased. there were only 2 reviews and one really sold me - don't misunderstand me, I had the same problems as everyone else the sitting is really hard " but ok with me b/c I like the firmness: The when placing the back assembly... even worst the arms do not touch down. I was so upset; I was in tears- $400. ??? My granddaughter calmed me down and then begin to help with me with putting them together but, once together it looks really pretty. i stood back and I thought to myself " YOU PURCHASE WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO PAY" I really did my comparison in stores and online - and this is what I could afford - I am very happy with this purchase. and I have received a bunch of compliments - I do have one more thing to say. " I am not happy with the manufacturer/company. this is why - one of the reviews that I recently read before I wrote this review: I am upset with company as they should replace the chairs that were purchased and really RUSTED THROUGH AND THROUGH - that is damage furniture and companies should stand behind their products. and for that reason alone I gave overall review of 2 stars. If I had not already purchased my chairs- On that review alone - I would NOT have purchase this furniture " I AM VERY HIGH ON CUSTOMER SERVICE" as we pay for what we can afford " NOT - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"THANK YOU.

Not extremely happy with these accent chairs. When assembling them I noticed some dirt on them which was weird since they were inside plastic bagging. The seat is very hard. I’m hoping over time they soften up some. I don’t like that there is a gap on the side of the chair where the back part goes into it. There were also a lot of small snags on the chairs. I’m hoping my kids don’t pick and pull at them. Overall, you can’t beat the price for getting TWO of these chairs. The kids love sitting in them. They’ll do for now, but will replace them in the future for something more comfortable.

Hard cushions, rusted metal frame, rusted nuts and bolts, and springs. The legs do not fit in the holes to screw them in. These chairs cannot be used due to the safety issues. I cannot re-pack and ship them back, as they are super heavy. I sent a request to the seller 3 weeks ago and never heard back. I sent another request today. If the seller could step up and replace the chairs that would be great. Otherwise, I have no use for them.

Assembly was easy, only 4 legs, 2 screws. I was excited to get together. I tried to sit in it, it seems that they missed soft cushions. It feels like you are sitting in a cardboard box. I expected better quality for the . materials and comfort. To add it the dissatisfaction, I have to pay for the return of the item.When trying to contact seller, they only have the automated chat, not many options to choose from.

These were not the easiest to assemble, and hard as a rock. The price was nice but to be honest should have shopped for a chair in person.
