always been happy with zurn products, you just can't go wrong for commercial applications.you can buy a rebuild kit for less money but I like replacing the whole assembly and you have a brand new toilet.

No instructions

Well our urinal took a crap. Flushed it's last time and kept on flowing! Had to run frantically to the front of the building to shut off water. Who builds a commercial, all tiled bathroom without a floor drain!!! Called a plumber and the said it would be a week or so before they could get to it, not a priority I guess? Plus they gave us a quote with service fee and labor, WHAT!?? Ok no other option. A week went by and no show. With 40-50 guys in and out everyday 1 functional urinal wasn't going to work. So to Amazon I went. Copied the numbers from the top and plugged in the info, presto! Amazon had the same Zurn flush valve. So I ordered the new valve. Way cheaper then plumber's quote. 1st time replacing this ans was easy. Turned off water and removed everything from wall to top of urinal. Now, you're going to want to find or order from Amazon a pair of large adjustable channel lock pliers with protective jaw guards. Otherwise you will scratch the new chrome or leave teeth marks in the finish. Taking old off I didn't care, but installing I did, so I used the jaw covers. Something to consider. I ordered the 1.6 gallon flush valve. I should have ordered the 1 gallon, that's per flush, flush valve. I was able to slow by closing stop valve a little. But will probably order the 1 gallon flush diaphragm kit in the near future to save water. 1.6 flushes a bit too long and could cause urinal to overflow. If you have a bit more experience and know it's your diaphragm that needs replacing, you can save a few bucks and just get kit. By turning stop valve all the way closed you can even avoid turning off the entire buildings water to service your flush valve.

THE PRODUCT IS GENUINE ZERN FLUSH HEAD. A GREAT COST SAVINGS!!

This replaced a very old similiar valve with multiple leaks. Replacement was easy and the new one works perfectly. The old one could probably have been rebuilt, but considering the cost of a rebuild kit and the labor to refurbish the old one, it was more cost effective to replace it.

Product seems to be working great but found the o-ring was damaged in the original packaging and after multiple tries to contact customer service ended up buying a replacement in the store. We've had it installed for over a week now and so far so good.
